This idea could be really cool. But how do pennies and the great wall relate?

Zee,
I am also wondering what the relationship is between the pennies and the great wall?
You would need to build an interior structure...maybe out of cardboard to glue the pennies to...I would suggest superglue. "Hot Stuff" is a really good brand.

Maybe you should consider something else instead of pennies to make the great wall. If possible, maybe cover it completed with fortune cookie fortunes. Or construct the wall out of the chinese food take out containers.

Hi Zee, I really like you idea of making a Great Wall, it’s a great shape, especially if you make it curve around like in the picture. Maybe, the pennies represent how expensive it was to build the wall? I’d suggest being really careful picking a glue to stick them together with. I had to do something involving gluing bottle caps together once, it was a total disaster because my glue didn't work.

i luff this idea! i think that the pennies will make a great texture if your stacking them...i think that would be the best if you stack them

it's really expensive to fly to china. i'm not sure how often you get to go back to beijing (where i believe you said you're originally from?) but the pennies could represent your savings to be able to return home to your native culture.

woot.
